Head of Business Development

Fatma Noor

Ms. Fatma Noor has worked in various security companies, banks and oil industry among other. She has rich experience in sales, marketing and customer service besides security management. The primary role for Ms. Fatma Noor is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. She plans persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

Ms. Fatma manages the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. She develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partners’ needs and goals; in addition, she attends to complaints and ensures that customers are satisfied with the services.

Head of Operations

Moses Oluoch

Mr. Moses Oluoch has wealthy experience retail loss prevention and shrinkage Management besides security management. He is responsible for service delivery excellence and continuous improvement to our valued clients, in collaboration with other operations team members and other departments.

Moses is dedicated to customer engagement, satisfaction, and prompt follow-up means that Moses provides our clients and the guards with high levels of personal attention and responsiveness. He has some 25 years’ experience in the security industry, and has previously worked in a number of security companies. He brings a wealth of experience from the Major security organizations.

Chief Technical Manager

Dinesh Jain

Mr. Dinesh Jain is responsible for technology and strategic business decisions, he understand technology and recognize profitable applications to products. His responsibilities includes monitoring new technologies and assessing their potential to become new products or services, overseeing projects to insure that they have meet the require Lofty Services standards.

Mr. Jain is expert electrical and electronics engineering. He has a wealth of experience in the technical field of a span for over eight (20) years in installations of CCTV, Electric Fence, Access Control, Razor Wires, Software system among other applications.

Chief Training Manager

Berryl Akinyi

Ms. Berryl Akinyi is responsible for developing and maintaining a professional, dedicated training solution – to provide total coverage of all appropriate training needs to Lofty Services clients. She provides high quality training to internal and external clients She also assists in the acquisition and maintenance of lofty Services application skills within the department and organization.

Ms. Akinyi maintains effective communication with clients to establish training needs to evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials as appropriate. She develops and maintains training material to the highest standards for internal staff. Ms. Akinyi has experience of 7 years of service in the Security industry more so; she has a wide experience in anti terrorism and also has experience in VIP protection, SKY Marshalling and Hostage rescue (HRF), Signals and communication.

Head Of Sales & Marketing

Nancy Kanyag’or

Mr. Harun Kandie Chief Investigations Officer Mr. Harun Kandie has affluent experience in investigation for a span of 20 years of service in discipline forces, retail and security industry. He uses critical thinking and analytical skills to collect physical evidence from the crime scene. He is responsible for processing and preserving evidence as well as sharing written documentation report with the client and the law enforcers. Ms. Nancy Kanya’or role is gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Implementing new sales plans and advertising, recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource goals.

Ms. Nancy Kanyag’or has experience in sales and marketing for a span of 10 years of service in hospitality industry, transport, and security industry. She is responsible for day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s. Besides setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.

Her function includes working with sales executives on approaches to building business, Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice. Ensuring that the sales team update the Management effectively with all appropriate data.

Chief Investigations Officer

Harun Kandie

As a crime scene investigator, Mr. Kandie is involved in securing and protecting crime scenes, and collecting evidence from crime scenes in liaison with law enforcers and other incidents, such as fires and suspicious break-in and so on. Mr. Kandie is also responsible for processing and categorizing evidence, so that it can be used in criminal investigations. This might include gathering photographic evidence or physical samples from the scene, such as stolen items, or documentation evidence. His role is to work closely with the police (including the counter terrorist unit and other forensic scientists. He takes a lead in finding evidence that may support a later criminal case and advices the client accordingly.

Ms. Rose Karani bears a lot of responsibility for the financial health of Lofty Services & Consultants Ltd. Her role includes producing financial reports and developing strategies and goals. She also plan and execute of financial processes and the analysis of market trends. Ms. Rose Karani leads Lofty Services through change and challenges to profitable growth. Strategic problem solver who envisions smart solutions and executes with urgency across all levels of the company

She is hands-on leader with an extensive background in finance complimented by diverse talents in technology, project management and leadership. She is responsible for financial daily reporting, analyzing targets, and meeting with departmental head, managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and re-forecast process. Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll besides monitoring cash flow.

She also plan and execute of financial processes and the analysis of market trends. Ms. Rose Karani leads Lofty Services through change and challenges to profitable growth. James Mbithi

Mr. James Mbithi primary roles is overseeing department functions and managing employees. He is well-versed in each of the human resources disciplines, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and recruitment. He has solid communication skills and decision making capabilities based on analytical skills and critical thought processes.

His obligation includes conducting periodic needs assessment to determine when training is necessary to improve performance and productivity. This includes where employees could improve through job skills training or employee development, such as seminars or workshops on leadership techniques and succession planning.

Quality Assurance Manager

Peter Ndivo

The Assurance Manager supervises staff and oversees product development procedures to ensure that products and the services meet quality and efficiency standards. Assurance Manager also works with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements. His primary responsibilities is to make sure products meet certain industry and legal standards, by coordinating quality assurance programs, developing quality control procedures, making sure customer demands are respected, and training other employees with regard to quality assurance issues.

Mr. Peter Ndivo is a professional quality assurance and he is committed to maintaining a safe work environment. He has unique ability to recognize the cause of a problem and clearly Communicate what needs to be done to correct it. He has fifteen years of experience in quality assurance analysis. Mr. Ndivo is passionate about doing the job right and ensuring that lofty team members are kept up to date on industry best practices.

Mr. Ndivo plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that our services meet certain thresholds of acceptability. He plans, direct, or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies, hence improving Lofty Services efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.

Internal Auditor

Hilary K. Sigei

Mr. Hilary Sigei provides an independent, objective assurance that Lofty Services risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively. Mr. Sigei helps Lofty to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Mr. Sigei role essentially serves as the eyes and ears of the company’s senior leadership and board of directors.

His assigned work may cover any area of the company, however, his work is directed by the audit committee. Mr. Sigei has wealthy experience in audit, having worked in various companies with vast financial challenges.
